The Climate Corps model has a demonstrated track record of successful Fellow Placement in sustainability fields

 Of 86 trackable Fellows since 2021, 85 (98.8%) of those Fellows have gone on to accept a job in the sustainability field or began a higher education program within 4 months of concluding their Fellowship.
