About Us

What is Climate Corps?

A bridge-to-career fellowship program working for higher education institutes, governments, nonprofits, and for-profit businesses.

We recruit and place rising climate professionals to implement climate change mitigation and resiliency projects. ​Partner organizations receive the support of qualified, passionate, dedicated Fellows, who gain real-world expertise in sustainability project implementation. 

Since 2010, Climate Corps has supported more than 900 recent graduates and transitioning professionals looking to enter the climate sector.

Our 2023-2024 Impact

Climate Corps operated in six states during the 2023-2024 program year, with Fellows working to forward projects spanning all facets of climate resilience.
