Hey, it ain’t rocket science! We don’t all need to take 2000 pounds of metal, glass, rubber and plastic with us on our regular commutes.  Here are some carpooling sites to check out.  Some may be more active in your area than others, so check out a few.

• The Carpool Crew looks simple.
• Carpool Connect has a slick ‘Google Earth’ based interface, but ads galore.  Still, you’ve gotta make a living somehow.
• eRideShare.com does both carpooling and ride sharing.
