The cars we drive have become more than just transportation.  We have also been manipulated by advertisers to also make them into extension of our personalities.  The person who buys a Hummer is making a statement, “Look out, here I come.”  If we can put our image ego’s aside, and just again buy cars for transportation alone.

Hybrids?  That’s become a buzzword and everyone’s jumping on the bandwagon.  A hybrid vehicle takes advantage of certain benefits of electric cars adapted to a gas powered vehicle.  But not all hybrid vehicles are equally efficient.  So don’t be tricked by the label ‘hybrid’ because the bottom line is the overall fuel-efficiency of the vehicle.
