We have been looking for the statements made by various authoritative scientific and policy agencies about climate change and human culpability for any current trends. In particular, those agencies with no 'ax to grind', who derive neither fame nor funds from the debate, with reputations that precede them and precede the climate change 'debate'... those are the agencies we consider. The American Geophysical Union is such an agency. We recently found a statement from the AGU, made in 2003 originally, and reaffirmed and updated in 2007.
